  2. 38 min: Execute only that outcome. No context switching.
  3. 5 min: Debrief: done / blocked / next move.

Rules that make it work

  • One block, one objective.
  • No inbox or social while timer is active.
  • Always write the next step before ending the block.

Consistency compounds when your process is simple enough to repeat daily.
